Spring Cocktail Recipe – Cucumber Infused Fizz

Spring is here which means patio sitting, outdoor grilling and delicious cocktails.  Try this fizzy and refreshing Cucumber Infused Grapefruit Fizz from Martha Stewart this season.

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 12 ounces gin

  • Ice cubes

  • 3 12-ounce bottles grapefruit soda


1.       Place cucumbers in a small pitcher. Mash with a wooden spoon to release juice. Add gin and cover.  Chill for at least 12 hours.

2.      Pour 1 1/2 ounces cucumber-infused gin into a glass, add ice and top with soda. Stir and serve immediately.
