New Year’s Eve – Bellini Recipe

It is almost time to ring in 2017! Celebrate while sipping on a new recipe. Try this Peach Bellini cocktail courtesy of Ree Drummond. 

• 1 bottle sparkling wine 
• 1 cup sugar 
• Zest of 1 lemon 
• 1 – One pound bag frozen peaches 
Make a simple syrup by adding sugar and ½ cup water to a saucepan and heating over low heat until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Add cooled syrup, peaches and lemon zest to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour desired amount of mixture into a glass and top with sparkling wine. ENJOY!
